You can refer any person you know who is already a developer or studying to be a developer who would be interested in being a part of the Coderons community. For example, it could be a friend, a colleague at your workplace, or a relative, someone you know well and would gain from joining the Coderons community. The person you are referring to can be from any part of the world.
