How do I request a copy of my data and information?

If you want a copy of your information, this is the procedure to follow:

  1. First, click on the drop-down menu on the right-hand side of the home page.
  2. Then, click on ‘Settings’.
  3. After that, click on ‘Account’.
  4. On this page, you can see the option ‘Export Account Data’.
  5. Click on ‘Start Export’ to export all your personal information and the info related to your posts, comments, and series.
  6. You will receive all the information via email in your inbox.
