How do I know if someone has received and read my message?

To know if the messages you sent to a user have been read, follow these steps:

1. Click on the ‘Messaging’ icon, the 5th one on the top of your screen.
2. Next, click on the name of the user to whom you sent the message.
3. If your message has been read, you will see the word ‘Seen’ along with the date on which your message was seen. It will be on the bottom right-hand corner of the message box. For example, Seen, Apr 03, 2022.
